Tell us the date when you order. Most songs are written and delivered in 3 to 7 days, and we can often work faster for funerals. Just message us right after you place your order and we'll do everything we can. If the timeline is too tight to do it justice, we'll let you know honestly before charging you.
You don't need to have it all figured out. Our prompts are gentle. A memory, a nickname, something they always said. Even a few sentences gives us everything we need. There's no wrong way to do this.
This happens occasionally with unusual names, and we fix it free. When you place your order, you can write the name phonetically (like "DEE-uh-na" instead of "Deanna") to help us get it right the first time. If we still get it wrong, we'll re-record at no charge.
Tell us. We'll revise it, as many times as it takes. Unlimited revisions are included, and we won't consider it done until every word feels like them. If it still doesn't, we'll refund every cent.
We follow your lead. Our heart is faith-rooted, but if you'd prefer the song to focus on their life and legacy without explicit faith language, just let us know. If you'd prefer more scripture or specific verses included, tell us that too. The song reflects what you ask for.
Yes, and many families do. You'll receive a private page with the song and lyrics, plus a downloadable MP3 to keep forever. Play it from your phone, hand the file to your funeral director, or share the link with family who weren't there.
Most families tell us the song feels like grief and gratitude at the same time. It's not meant to make you cry. It's meant to make you feel them. That said, you tell us the tone you want, and we'll write toward it.
Absolutely. Many of our orders come from friends and family who want to give something that lasts. You share the memories, we write the song, and you gift the link when it arrives. It's one of the most meaningful things you can give.
